APPOINTMENTS

• All appointments should be pre-booked as I cannot
     guarantee late booking ability.
• Clients are requested to arrive on time so as the next
     client is not kept waiting.
• If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason,
     24-48 hours notice would be appreciated to give another
     client the opportunity to have treatment.
• With your co-operation I will be able to provide you with
     a better service.
  

NOTICE TO CLIENTS

While every effort is taken to keep appointments on time, this is entirely dependant on the client before you being on time, and the amount of time taken with a new client. This cannot be ascertained until a client is in the studio.

Clients will be charged the full service fee for NOT attentdina n appoinment or for giving less than 12 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment.
